Heavy Snowfall Prediction in Kashmir? Here’s What Weather Officials Says.
Regarding rumours that heavy snowfall is possible on 17th of this month.

From last 3 days, many people are texting an independent weather forecaster Faizan, asking about any such possibility.
Last year, we experienced snowfall, particularly in south Kashmir plains, around 23 October, which is a very rare event.
Even heavy snowfall in the first week of November in plains is very rare.
We are seeing this trend happening from the last 4 years. But there is no such forecast for this year as of now.
Will surely issue a forecast in case any possibility arises. Farmers especially don’t need to worry about anything.
